Terra Spark Partners with the PSEB Apprenticeship Program

Terra Spark is proud to support the next generation of technology professionals by participating in the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) Apprenticeship Program.

This initiative provides a valuable opportunity for fresh IT and CS graduates in Pakistan to gain hands-on industry experience, bridge the gap between academic learning and professional practice, and begin their careers in the technology sector. At Terra Spark, we are committed to supporting young talent, digital innovation, and skill development in Pakistan’s growing IT industry.

Program Details

We invite ambitious and qualified IT and CS graduates to apply for this professional apprenticeship opportunity. Selected apprentices will get the chance to work on real-world projects, learn from experienced professionals, and build a strong foundation for their future careers in software development, IT services, digital solutions, and technology-driven innovation.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the PSEB Apprenticeship Program, applicants should meet the following criteria:

Education: Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university or institution.
Field of Study: Degree should preferably be in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Engineering, or a related ICT discipline.
Nationality: Must be a citizen and permanent resident of Pakistan as per NADRA record.
Graduation Status: Must have graduated or completed the required coursework for the degree program.
Employment Status: Applicant should not currently be employed and may be required to provide an undertaking.
Age Requirement: Generally between 20 and 30 years of age, as per program requirements.
Academic Performance: Minimum CGPA requirement is normally 2.0/4.0 or 55% marks.

Documents Required

Before commencement of the apprenticeship, selected apprentices shall be required to submit the following documents:

Signed Agreement: Signed copy of the apprenticeship agreement.
Joining Report: Completed joining report as required by the program.
Undertaking: Duly signed undertaking as per Annexure A.
CNIC: Attested copy of valid CNIC.
Photograph: Attested recent photograph.
Academic Documents: Attested copy of Bachelor’s transcript and degree.
Degree Pending Case: If the degree is pending, applicants may submit an official letter from the university.
