The Receptionist / Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment, and providing administrative support to enhance organizational efficiency.

- Front Desk Management
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line system.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
- Administrative Support
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, packages).
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Customer Service
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization.
- Resolve minor complaints or escalate issues to appropriate departments.
- Office Coordination
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security for front office upkeep.
- Support HR or admin teams with onboarding or event logistics.
